The services that Velera or a Velera Licensor provides to you through this website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions “you” shall mean the end user acting on behalf or as an agent of the company who has contracted with Velera, a Velera affiliate or a Velera Licensor.

The Terms may not be assigned by you without Velera and/or Velera Licensor prior written consent. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
